Materials
Blackened panelling to the walls, brick left as it was found, white tile along the service side, and oak underfoot. The counter is walnut, poured flat and left to show its grain.
Light is kept low and warm, held in filament glass, so the brightest thing in the room is the cup in front of you.

Two self-order kiosks sit at the end of the counter, so you can order and pay without waiting for a till to free up.
